Orders that are available directly from stock are generally shipped within 1 business day after receipt of your payment via PostNL. Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates below:

– Post NL envelope (€ 2.40): your product will be shipped in a bubble envelope. For small products, the cheapest solution! (without track & trace)
– Post NL letterbox parcel (€ 4.10): your product will be shipped in a parcel that fits through the letterbox (max. 38 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm, max. 2 kg) with a track & trace code.
– Post NL parcel up to 10 kg (€ 6.50): for products that do not fit in a letterbox parcel, max. 10 kg. With track & trace code.
– PostNL parcel up to 23 kg (€ 16.00): for products that do not fit in a mailbox parcel, max. 23 kg. With track & trace code.
Orders from € 100.00 and up are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands!!

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transport costs depend on the total weight and volume of the order. We recommend placing all items in one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders; therefore, shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
